We used the drop-off service to dispose of old business records and tax documents. Their price is extremely reasonable compared to drop-off office supply stores that charge by weight instead of volume. The office staff was extremely helpful, both on the phone and in person, answering our questions and making sure we understood the charges and payment methods before we even asked. Pete, in the shredding facility, kindly added our documents to a very large job in progress so we could watch what was happening to our records while Adam explained the process. We left confident that our records had been destroyed and would soon be recycled. Very pleasant experience all around and highly recommended. Thank you!
