RECORDS STORAGE FACILITIES ARE NOT CREATED EQUAL
Stevens & Stevens occupies freestanding buildings. Records storage and management is our only business. We do not share our facilities with any other business entities. The sharing of facilities can bring unknown and possibly dangerous materials into close proximity with stored records with potentially disastrous results.

Walls are 9 ½ inches thick concrete, reinforced by two layers of steel re-bar and designed to withstand 150-MPH sustained winds |

Access and fire protection systems are multi-layered & monitored 24 hours a day |

Fire systems include a smoke detection systems, monitored 24 hours a day and a fully sprinklered building, supported by a diesel fire pump |

Vault is protected by a clean-agent fire suppression system |

Power source is backed up by a 50kW diesel generator. In the event of a power outage our systems automatically switch to generated power
